一、主要适用范围及功能:
主要用于泡沫聚合材料的往复冲击压缩疲劳试验,测定试样的厚度减少值和硬度降低值(残余变
形率),并由此可以了解材料的动态疲劳特性。
本仪器控制系统采用德国西门子 PLC,通过 7 寸彩色触摸屏进行参数设置和操作,试验操作简单,方
便,是一台利用技术控制的高度智能化和自动化的测试仪器,在中国质检机构、汽车座椅企业、家具
海绵生产企业具有很高的认知度和满意度,是做海绵疲劳性试验的*测试仪器。
两种试验方法可选择:
恒负荷试验:自由设定冲击载荷,本仪器的zui大特点是:试样随着冲击时间和次数的增加,冲击载
荷 小于设定冲击负荷时能够自动调节试样托盘的高度,使冲击负荷始终保持在设定的冲击负荷范
围内,当试验完成后,具有报警提示!
恒压缩试验:可以设定对试样厚度压缩的百分比,并在此压缩比例下,设定压缩次数,试验完成
后,自动报警提示,并自动停止试验。
本仪器具有使用操作方便,性能可靠,测量精度高,是的海绵疲劳冲击试验机。
